The Hengdian Film Festival includes the China (Hengdian) Film & TV Cultural Industry Expo, the Films Promotion of China Cinema Lines and Film Fair, and the Wenrong Awards Ceremony. With over 770 booths in 2023, the Expo attracted more than 180 quality film and TV companies, including Sony and CreamSource, providing an excellent opportunity for international brands to integrate into the Chinese market. With over 500 high-end cinemas and 3,200 screens across 31 regions nationwide, including 420 owned cinemas, Hengdian will expedite the expansion and enhancement of new cinemas. The focus will be on increasing the incorporation of new technologies to elevate the movie-viewing experience. Additionally, the implementation of the "4+1" strategy will be advanced, promoting experiential consumptions such as leisure activities, arcade entertainment, convenience stores, and specialized dining.
