Hengdian World Studios stands as the world's largest film and TV production base, with over 50 completed shooting bases since the inception of "Guangzhou Street" in 1996. Representing various historical periods and styles, it features more than 2,000 scenes across diverse themes and eras. Encompassing over 130 soundstages within 600,000 square meters, Hengdian includes 29 high-tech soundstages, such as the world's largest single stage at 12,000 square meters, and advanced facilities like LED virtual digital tages, variety art stages, and underwater shooting facilities.

 

By the end of 2023, it has hosted over 4,800 production crews, resulting in the creation of more than 80,000 episodes and films. Notably, Hengdian produces two-thirds of China's film and television output, earning the title of China's "Dream Factory" for production.

 

Looking forward, Hengdian World Studios plans to pursue a development strategy based on "Film and TV culture +", advancing the film and television industry, enhancing tourism, and promoting cultural consumption. The aim is to establish itself as a leading global film and TV production hub, a prime destination for immersive filming experiences, and the largest cultural industry cluster in China.
